Does any happen to know where I can find drive rails compatible with the Tandy 1000 SL's Lower 5 1/4" floppy bay. does not need to be the exact Tandy rails just something good enough.

Your best bet may be too get some pieces of plastic and sand them into shape I guess. You may be looking for a needle in a haystack, where dozens already looked.

Too often those rails have been thrown away with the defunct hard drive.

Stuck at 10MHz...

Do you still have any small local PC repair/parts shops in your area? They can be good for stuff like this. Bring the case in and see if they have something that fits.
