true. Somethin Im figuring out, is the drivers youve used on the old system that worked, may not install on the new system. Im running into that with graphics drivers in particular.

Yeah that's what I've been worried about , I guess migrating just breaks too many configured things and makes the system crash.
I managed to get a dos install from one pc to another but I guess dos doesn't have the same software house of cards stacked ontop of it that windows does.
