Hello everyone,

Very first post here, i have a problem and i hope you can help me.

I've acquired an Asus TUSL2-C (1014.001 bios) with a 1ghz Coppermine recently, and everything is working fine. Now, i decided to swap it for a 1.4GHz-S Tualatin but im not be able to post. There is no display, mouse and keyboard does not respond. I put back the Coppermine and it boot no problem...

I have two of the same Tualatin 1.4s and they both not post (so i doubt they are both dead).

Could it be that my motherboard is incompatible?

What type of 1 ghz Coppermine do you have ? FSB 100 or 133 ? What type of ram do you have ? When you put the 1.4 one have you tried removing the ram (all) and use a test card or the pc speaker (hear if you get the missing ram beeps) ?
