it’s arrived, and couple perfectly with my all-use monitor. come with a locked PII 350 (that go a 100x3,5) even if i set 66mhz bus and 4x multiplier.

I thought it just ignored the multiplier and instead forces the bus as well. Then I tested a PIII 500mhz and it sees it as PII at 500Mhz (but windows xp sees it correctly as PIII) and then my PII 266 unlocked which is a retro cpu pleasure for now set to 233. I'm undecided whether to keep it at 233 or put it at 266… 233 is the first PII but shares the speed with the PentiumMMX, 266Mhz instead is the prerogative of the PII only

There are 266 Pentium MMX CPUs, Tillamooks !

They are desktop CPUs, I have two of the 266 socket7 models and yes they do work in specific i430TX boards with a bit of bios fiddling to get voltages correct.
300/333/366 are true PII territory where the PII got to stretch its legs a bit and show off the improvements Intel made over the Pentium.
