How well do AIO coolers do in long term storage? If I bought one new and didn't open it, left it in storage for 10 years, would it be gummed up, dry or have other problems after being in storage that long? Thanks for your opinions.

I've had AIO's "drain" in just a few years.
The fluid literally permeates the tubes.
Would not trust any of them to last past 5 years without a fluid top-up.
There's also the issue of various reactions inside, they don't usually go for the premium gaskets etc.

I have an Asetek 550LC mounted on a Phenom II 1100T since the first day an its still performing great, but... It has a type of tubes that I never seem since the first AIOs came to the market. I have a Cooler Master one with the same tipe of tubes also on a AM3 computer from the same era. I had to repair the pum because the previous owner mounted the radiator on the botton of the case so the pump was working with air inside. And another 550LC on a Socket 2011 V2, but this one is newer and uses the common tubes and a smaller pump.
I Iike the AIO cooling systems a lot but they have some rules to follow, not for every one.
