Looking for ideas how to fix this turbo display.

Model: Gold Ten GN-001
Only few of the display segments light up. They are bright, not dim.
The display integration with Power and Turbo LED works well.
The display integration with Turbo button works well. Pressing the Turbo button changes display light segments.
Programming the display seems to work. Holding the Reset button for few seconds triggers the programming mode to set light segments, but of course I can't set them to correct values as not all of them light up.
