Hello, I recently bought a zenith data system BULL notebook 6400AD "clous" and I'd like to replace the original hd 1,6gb with a comcatflash 4gb.
The original hd has 3 partition (a little one unallocates, a big one fat32 with win95b and a 200mb with win3.1) when you start the computer there is a boot maneger that let you decide witch os starts.
I cloned the original hd with EASE PARTITION
But now when i select the os to start the boot loader sayes BAD BOOT SECTOR.
help me please!

What was brand & model of original hdd ? This info to look up the CHS parameters & if LBA was supported.

Have you tried cloning old hdd to CF 1:1 ?

Right to repair is fundamental. You own it, you're allowed to fix it.

Yes i cloned 1:1 without result. I can check the model of the hd but yesterday i reinstalled 95 as new and i found the right drivers of pcmci, audio and video trident.
Anyway i'll check the original hd and i still want try to clone it in an other compact flash.
Thanks
