I have an IBM Valuepoint 425SX/Si 6381 whose power supply failed a few months ago. I can't substitute the same model because of the high prices on eBay. Is there a compatible AT model with the same format to fit into the chassis?

Probably not. But it is possible to repair the one you have.

It's a custom form factor, so it's unlikely to find a suitable drop in.
However, a friend of mine replaced the guts with a Pico PSU. That is something you may look into.
Looking at a 5W CPU, 10W mobo and 5W for HDD you may want something that can deliver about 5A at 5V.
I'm not sure about the amps it drains though... So be sure to check specs from both the Pico PSU and system.

Stuck at 10MHz...
