Hello all, I have currently a dead Toshiba T3200SX on my desk and the PSU does seem to be the culprit.
The PSU just does nothing!
I dissassembled everything to review the PSU separately, but inspecting things optically did not reveal a particuar problem.
All capacitors look OK (understanding that just inspecting them optically is not at all comprehensive) and I already resoldered some suspicious areas.

I only have a multimeter for basic testing, but no other tools or the know-how to go any further.
What I am looking for is somebody being able to help my fixing that unit, since the rest of that computer is actually in a very good looking condition.

Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you in advance!
