Looking for chipset\sound\etc drivers for the board all in one place.

Best place I've found is here but the ftp links are dead:
http://www.osirisinternational.com/d815EEA2_download.html

Also looking for the best Bios version to support my 1.4 GHz Tualatin-S.

Upon research here and other places it looks like P15, maybe P20?

If the one you're getting is anything like the one I had, you'll either need a Lin Lin FPGA2 adapter (like the one I use on my Slocket for my Pentium 3 rig) or a Tualatin with a FPGA 2 to FPGA adapter preinstalled, also don't use the latest bios as I had to downgrade the one I had to a lower one or the board would get stuck at post about an unsupported chip.

Granted I don't have my D815EEA2 anymore, I got rid of it as it was killing SD Ram I put into it.

That's funny. Everything I've read shows native capability for Tualatin processors with the correct bios revision. Did I miss something here?

I was never able to get any kind of post without an FPGA2 adapter on the D815EEA2. I know my 1400mhz will work without a FPGA2 adapter if the board natively supports it (granted the last time it was on one of those was several years ago).

Officially, it's a combination of board revision & BIOS version...

"BIOS revision EA81520A.86A.0028.P12 or greater and board revisions A52395-7xx, A52399-7xx, and A55991-7xx or greater are required for the board to properly support 1.2 GHz or later processors."

I think Intel introduced restrictions on valid bootable processors in some later versions so you may have to try a few beyond P12 to find the best.

Great info, Thanks!

It looks like my board will not support my Tualatin.

Any idea where I can order a Lin Lin FPGA2 adapter?

Someone wants like $180 for it on ebay. (crazy)

Cheaper to get a native board at that point.

The whole point was to get away from this VIA chipset motherboard which has been just a PITA.

Temporarily, I have a P3-1Ghz that will work fine to get everything going.

Question on the FPA2 adapter: Can you use a standard chip cooler\fan?

If I were you, I'd either stick with the 1ghz Coppermine or use a different board, It's basically impossible to get a Lin Lin at a good price these days (I got mine for $20 IIRC back in 2016). As for your question regarding the FPGA2 adapter, You'd need to factor the ihs on a Tualatin, I accidently broke one of the center clips on my Lin Lin years ago while trying to use an Intel Stock cooler. Something like the cooler on my 98 rig should be fine.

Apparently, the only version of this board with official FC-PGA2 support is the D815EEA2U, the U being clearly marked on the board
