Don't know if it's called supply board. The problem is that some capacitators of the board are inflated and they need to be changed, but... What if i'm also searching for a replacement board, in case that's not possible?
Anyway, the board itself supplies this motherboard (a VIA EPIA), which can be found on this old thread i made sometime ago: VIA VT-8321 sound on Windows 98
I want to know what kind of model is this little supply board, so here's some photos:

I don't know the model of the board, but replacing these capacitors should be a fairly easy job for someone who can solder.
Also because it's just s small board many electronics/repair shops will undertake the job, if you (or a friend) can't do it.

Morex DC-DC power supply (12VDC to ATX) ...'D2D' suggests it's a 27xx model (depends on the case model it was fitted to)... http://www.morex-case.ru/download/morex_2014.pdf

Capacitors are off-the-shelf, easy fix.
