celeron 1.6(SL7EZ)engraving "INTEL '01 1.60GHZ/128/400" is 80532R
celeron 1.6A(SL6K8) engraving "INTEL '02 1.6A GHZ/128/400/1.4V" is 80534R
could anybody help to tell the reason why intel used two different family names?
