Has anyone here ever resolved a motherboard refusing to display from a known-good PCI graphics card?

OK, I discovered some more weirdness with the G7S620. I had disabled the on-board graphics entirely in the BIOS while I troubleshot the Mach32. When I went back to test some of my other PCI graphics cards more, my Matrox Millennium stopped working in high color/high resolution modes (it caused a blank screen in those modes). It started to work properly in those modes again once I re-enabled on-board graphics.

I now wonder if this motherboard has some sort of unusual memory map/PCI address space arrangement. I don't have any clue how to troubleshoot PCI address issues. Do you all have any suggestions?
