Came out of a proliant that had a sticker showing a 486 dx2 66.

Popped the panel and seen this.

I think its a 63mhz model.

Look at one of the corners of the ceramic package, there should be either a 63 or an 83 engraved indicating the speed. Or just remove the fan and check the part number.
