Asrock N68-S whats the fastest CPU?

I bought this card (I had opened a discussion here to find a fast card that had IDE + Floppy) and it arrived with a 3GHz Athlon II X2 and 8GB of RAM. I will use it for office use with Win10 and web browsing. Which is the fastest CPU? The list says a Phenom II X6 at maximum 95w. Since sometimes the card on the site with the compatible CPU is not updated, what do you think would be the fastest CPU for what I do? And windows 10 + browser, do they benefit more from a CPU with a higher frequency or one with a greater number of cores?

Someone can tell me if for Win10 are better cpu with less mhz but more core or the opposite?

I'd choose something like Phenom 6 core if you manage to get one of those at good price.

If not, I'd go for a Phenom II x4 925 or 945 being it a 95w version. These are dirt cheap nowadays.

X6 cost around 30€, X4 10€ there so much difference in web browsing (is not a game computer)
