The GUS Archives have versions 3.56, 3.59, and 4.11 of the installation disks. I realized I had 2.05, and I sent it to the archive admin about a month ago, but they haven't put it up yet. So I've placed it on MediaFire:

This is v2.05 of installation disks 1-5, plus the FP3D disk. Perhaps an older version of the drivers will help someone somewhere in troubleshooting GUS issues.

Probably trying to protect themselves from an FBI raid for copyright infringement. You'll probably have problems wherever you try to host it unless it's your own server.
