That is just amazing. Almost too good to be true.

The only thing I see in that which is pretty difficult to locate are the motherboards and CPU's. Most everything else can be located at our surplus stores, with the exception of a few oddities such as the external disc drives and monitors. I'd still buy it for $100, but that's just the minimum bid; who knows how much the guy wants.
