it's the Yamaha S-YXG50 , a software based synth like Virtual Canvas

I confirm that this does not belong to graphic equalizer Yamaha S-YXG50 program (I think it is a plugin ... but i don't know which programa use it).

You need MidiYoke to make your VSC and S-YXG50 as a Midi Device. (Such like inputport to Midi yoke : 0 1 2...)

then copy savihost.exe to your VSC's DLL file. (you may change savihost another name as you like)

Run renamed savihost.exe. If all is correct, you can run legacy XG soft synth.

If you did it correctly, it cannot have errors. The purple square icon file (savihost.exe) is same file. There's no special plugin.
