I have a quite similar arsenal as far as Roland modules go... SC-55mkII and SC-88 😀

Does anyone know this graphic equalizer?
Which program/software is it?

it's the Yamaha S-YXG50 , a software based synth like Virtual Canvas

This didn't come with my S-YXG50 update package from Microsoft, so most likely you'll need the retail software from Yamaha for that.

You need MidiYoke to make your VSC and S-YXG50 as a Midi Device. (Such like inputport to Midi yoke : 0 1 2...)
then copy savihost.exe to your VSC's DLL file. (you may change savihost another name as you like)
Run renamed savihost.exe. If all is correct, you can run legacy XG soft synth.

If you did it correctly, it cannot have errors. The purple square icon file (savihost.exe) is same file. There's no special plugin.
