I'm using a Sound Blaster Live (CT4760). Within Windows 98 I can change the default MIDI Device to use the Daughterboards Midi Out port. But I've found no way to use this Midi Out Port with Dos Games. All I get is the build in Synthesizer on Port 330 thanks to Sound Blaster compatibility Mode.
