For starters, I suppose a SCART input would be handy.

Check if it has RGB BNC-connectors like this Sony does. Otherwise you are stuck with S-video or composite.

edit: Also note, many of these have mono audio only. You might want to use separate speakers. You should also check if the screen has any burn-in, try to get one without if possible.
