I have a 486 for DOS games, that has my ISA soundcard and VLB graphics card.
And yea, I paid 150 USD for my 486, but that's because I had to pay for the GPU, Sound card, Mouse, Mobo/CPU/Memory (Which was 100$, but a steal for the combo), M/I/O card, etc.
And the reason I do not use an ISA sound card: I don't have on freely available to me. I was thinking of throwing an AWE64 on there, but the Sound Blaster Live! is SO much better of a card, and memory is system memory for PCI sound cards, of which I have tons (384mb)
And yea I am surprised at how inexpensive this all was. The case was probably the best deal. It's 40 bucks including a 20 pin compatible 480w Logisys PSU. And while Logisys isn't a name brand, I trust them as I have had their PSUs (Possibly even the same one) in use on my main rig, back when I was running an A10-6800k and a GTX 970 (That was painful though, I had 0 molex connectors after the GPU)

I once got a case right off Freecycle for the price of a 5 minute drive both ways, but I didn't feel like waiting for that.
But no, my system isn't for DOS gaming it's target game is Half Life 1 (Which I need to find a retail copy, until then I need to use my steam copy if possible) among other games (I seriously don't know what else to put on there, but I'll figure something out)
