I've got this motherboard laying in a computer. But when I try to start the computer, absolutely nothing happens, no beep, no POST screen. I've also got a POST card but the display stays completely empty too ...

This board looks exactly like the one found in that topic : So embarrassing..what's the default bios password for this PC Chips Cheetah 486 board v1.7 motherboard? except that mine has cache (and it's real one, not fake) and that it's rev 1.4 and not 1.7

What could be wrong with it ? (except that it's PCChips 🤣)

What more is there to say?

If the PSU is good, then assuming there's nothing wrong with anything else plugged into the board, the only thing to do is look for bad caps or maybe broken traces.
