Based on some Internet sleuthing around, card on the left appears to be GVC Corporation S-16WP/L and its associated daughtercard.
FCC ID sticker on the back of the card gives it away, see elsewhere on the Internet:

I bought that card + DB combo a while back for the DB, which is a really nice one despite its small sample size. I tossed the card but have since regretted it, having since developed a liking for the later Crystal chipsets.

What OS?
There is this one:

Or this one:

Or the ones included with Windows.
Just treat it like a generic CS4236 based card. The daughterboard does not have any driver, it does not need one.

I mated the daughter board with Turtle Beach Santa Cruz and liked the MIDI quality. The sound quality from the main card was horrible.

wrote:Hi,
I recently bought these two cards but can't find much information about them, can you help me identifying them and the drivers I should use?
Thank you 😀
I have the same combo and from what I understand, it was installed in some IBM Aptivas. Not sure if I ever tested mine so far 😊
Requests are also possible... /msg kixs

In which way? The same chip is used on the high end EWS64 XL. On the right PCB it can give exceptional sound quality.
