What is the best driver version to get to run the GeForce2 Ultra card optimally?

With so many Detonator versions, I want to make sure I am getting the best one for this card.

I would just use 45.23. It works well with old games and old motherboards. Newer drivers can cause problems for both and older drivers are only something I would consider on a game by game basis.

nvidia_w9x_omega_14523.exe these are the last version of the omega drives based off of 45.23. These are what I use for my GeForce 2 ultra. other drivers would install but not work under directx. these are modded drivers and have a quality or performance choice that's easy to change. they also have overclocking enabled by default and a good artifact checking software. check it out well worth the time!

anything much newer on my ss7 k6-3+ was unstable to say the least

7.76 is A LOT faster than any other driver in 3dmark 2000 with a geforce2gts and a geforce3 also. I assume it will also be the fastest in games. This is for win9x, install with dx 7.0a
