I'm building a DOS/Win3.1 machine with a SAMSUNG Atapi-IDE cd-rom drive. Apparently the driver is sscdrom.sys

The model is SC-140F, but from 1999. I'm looking for a 4x driver for DOS

Anyone have a install disk for sscdrom.sys? I didn't see it on the driver library

It seams to popup on some people's builds with CREATIVE cd-roms. SAMSUNG must've OEM'ed it.

PS: I know about lower memory generic options from the likes of ACER.

The first search result for sscdrom.sys on google gives www.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=58375 from which you can easily download the file after passing a CAPTCHA .

Already tried it. I never saw a captcha and just got a bunch of spam. I just assumed it wasn't legit, and figured I'd ask here instead of play around with them.
