It really helps to have Ram that doesn't fail in Speedsys and Memtest when trying to get K6WCX running!
Once I'd figured that out my Dos scores jumped dramatically.

I have an Epox EP-MVP3G5 Motherboard. If it has an Achilles heel it's that it will not run at faster than 100fsb with the L3 cache enabled, something
to do with Epox using rubbish Tag ram chips. I have a Gf3 tI200 and k6-3 at 400mhz. I'll benchmark my k6-3+ later.

All scores in pure Dos except glquake

Quake w/o k6wcx 640x480 17.4fps
Quake with k6wcx 640x480 23.1fps
Quake with k6wcx 360x480 36.5fps
Quake with k6wcx 320x200 82.8fps
GLQUAKE 640x480 115fps
Speedsys cpu rating 458.57
speedsys Memory bandwidth 472.84

Quake with k6wcx 640x480 cpu@434mhz(124*3.5) l3 cache off 25.3fps
