This may have been posted before, but I can't help but laugh everytime I see this case. Was the design team disgruntled? Was management? Someone had to be laughing inside when this actually got approved at corporate.

The corporation I work for has idiotic naming sense. They have multiple systems with identical names, and think this is not a problem. Yes, multiple systems are called POS, with different acronymical breakdowns.

But I know what a point-of-sale system is. I've owned a couple. But putting "Real" just prior to it, that's gotta be intentional. And it only makes it funnier that I found this system in a dollar store.
Well there are fake/dumb POS systems out there. like those CC terminals that run over Ethernet or phone lines.
