How good are Micron PC? I have a tower, but I can't find much information about it. I know that someone will tell me that they found tons of info 😒 , but except a picture here and there I haven't found much.
It's a Micro millennia MAX, at least I think so. I just don't know if I should part it out or keep it. It's fairly big and it takes up a lot of space.

They made pretty okay desktops but some of their laptops for the time were quite nice. I had a Transport XKE and that was a beefy MMX machine for its time.

Micron PC sucked....but Micron Computer Inc made some pretty badass 486 and early Pentium systems.

Oops 😊 I forgot about posting a picture
I took out all the storage devices inside of the case, so that's why it looks empty.

i will admit, the chassis is pretty slick. Even if the internals are rather mundane

My "GhettoPC" (hey, it was old in 2002, and considered weird to be using it as a daily driver!) was a custom build Pentium-II from Micron, in a full tower case.
Stiletto's GhettoPC (TM)
Originally it had a Number Nine Imagine 128 Series II for video, and stock audio. My first upgrades were a firmware upgrade for the Number Nine (mail order!), a Voodoo2, and an AWE64 gold. Later I gave it the Voodoo3 and the SBLive.

I still have it, but it's not currently in use.

Micron built decent machines back in the Pentium 2 days. Most of the motherboards from that time period were Intel-made and had decent Yamaha onboard sound.

I was thinking of reusing the case for something like a workstation seeing that it has 4 fans inside (not pictured) and a lot of hard drive caddies. I originally saved it from the dumpster pretty much, I noticed it had a lot of PCI cards and thought they might come in handy.
