I've got one of those, unbranded Chinese one. Mine has 40 pin, 44 pin and SATA connectors. There are many USB PATA 2.5 inch enclosures out there.
I have traveled across the universe and through the years to find Her.
Sometimes going all the way is just a start...
I have one of these adapters, a Rosewill branded one I bought over 10 years ago from Newegg. They're still fairly common to find on Newegg and Amazon, along with PATA drive enclosures as Zup mentioned.
Keep in mind, though, that really old PATA drives that don't have LBA may not work with these adapters (An old 120MB laptop drive I have wouldn't work with my PATA to USB adapter, even though the drive itself worked fine connected directly to another system's motherboard).
I have one of these from eBay, works fine for 3.5", 2.5" PATA drives and even SATA ones too.
