Were there any laptops made in the 90's (DOS compatible era) that had gameports built in? I know I have seen exactly one of these, on eBay once. It was some kind of generic machine from the late 90's, not at all a name brand.

Does anyone know of any?

I see some, for example, like the IBM 755CD which had a nonstandard port in the back for joystick/MIDI but I can't find a trace of the original adapter anywhere for sale.

I know also that many laptops had pins for the gameport in the docking connector. But I don't know of a way to create a breakout adapter for those, as they were all different.

Yeah, apparently the Thinkpad 365CD, CSD and ED had a gameport and the 365X's port replicator also has one.

If you run win 9x you can use a Joystick connected to LPT Port.

There are different Methods and Schematics included in the ZIP File.
Is also possible to connect a PSX Joypad or SNES Controller..

I connected a C64 Joystick to my Pentium 1 Notebook.
