I want to buy toshiba A25-S207 since i can get one with 2.66 GHz Pentium 4 desktop version for just 35 bucks, but I have never heard of such graphics card.

Any info is really appriciated 😀

XP machine: Phenom II X4 965, 4890 Crossfire
Main: TUF Dash F15, I7 11.gen, RTX 3060 6GB

My cyberblade xp2 gives similar score in 3dmark2000 as Voodoo 3 2000 card on similar desktop pc. Not sure if that helps but I have not played much games on that laptop.

I would expect similar directx performance as voodoo 3 2000, but you can't use glide of course. It will probably work fine with almost any late 90s game, but will struggle with anything newer.
