I watched that few years ago already. There are no pci video cards in it and doesn't tell anything about if a vlb video card becomes a bottleneck when you go to a faster 133Mhz cpu.

Well, you want to put a Pentium grade CPU on a 486 VLB motherboard.
I don’t see why there would be a bottleneck with VLB video.
Some VLB video cards do require a delay on boot.
However I have not run into this problem.
You want at least 265kb of cache on your VLB motherboard and faster cache is better.
But -20ns cache should be fast enough.

When I did benchmark the AMD 5x86-133-P75 on an PCI motherboard I did find some problems.
If the motherboard does not officially support that AMD CPU you could run into bios problems.
Also more cache is good. You want at least 256kb.
