During restoration of my new PC...
Profex "PC 33" - Suntac 80286-12
...I noticed that it requires mounting rails for a 5.25" drive to be installed...
I found 2 in my spare parts (photo) and they seem to be OK. Important is that it is mounted at the front of the case.

I need in total 6 of them. I looked around and didn't find any suitable one.
Any idea where I can find it or what a modern replacement could be?

I looked through my boxes but have none like those. I do remember seeing similar used in an old HP iirc

DIY can be a solution, make em a la LGR with some plastic that is easy to cut, also you can use aluminum, a hacksaw/hand drill are the only tools you need. 😀
