I have a DS20 running W2K RC2 + RC1 and a PWS 600AU with W2K RC1 + NT4. I would like a DS20E, but I don't know if that will run NT4 and/or W2K at all.

Only if the apps are x32 apps, SIV has a native Alpha AXP build and all the drivers have to be native which limits the GPUs you can use.
Edit: After pondering this the easy option is to check HAL.inf 😀

A Compaq AlphaServer GS60/GS140 would be fun, but to support all the CPUs I suspect you would need Advanced Server RC1 and I don't think that was in the MSDN CDs
