Have a look here http://www.minuszerodegrees.net/led_speed_dis … eed_display.htm
It doesn't have your exact model, but looking at some diagrams of other similar displays will help you grasp the logic
The general idea is that each dash of a digit has a corresponding group of pins. You can jumper them as always on, on with turbo, on without turbo (or always off without a jumpering anything)

Ok, I figure it out, thanks. I noticed that two LEDs (power and hard drive) do not work, I want to change them, I found those, will they work?

From konc's link it looks very similar to this sheet: http://www.minuszerodegrees.net/led_speed_dis … 568%20S305H.jpg

You may already know this, but each letter A-G is one of the bars on the seven-segment number and around each letter you can see the numbers 1,2&3, so you can put a jumper from a letter to a number. Think of them laid out as a set of interlocking 'T's.

 ┬ ┬ ┬
┴ ┴ ┴ ┴

The numbers are usually 1-On when Turbo Off, 2-On when Turbo On and 3-Always On. The example on the sheet should make it change from 'LO' to 'HI'.
