Hi everyone. I have the following problem. My Win95 PC does not power on. If I disconnect it from power, and after some time I connect it back, and press the power button 4-5 times it powers on and works until I turn it off. Then it does not do anything when I press the button. No fan spinning, no lights, nada.

What I've tried:
Different case/switch
Different PSU
Different RAM/GPU/ CMOS battery
Mobo is Abit ab-ax5, with ATX power supply.
I'm running out of options.

How do the caps look? Are any showing signs of swelling or leakage?

All the caps look in good condition. No swelling, no leaks.
