Hi people,
I found a PC-104 board with a 386SX @40MHz with some ram which does power up but since it has no video output I can not see what it does.
It does beep, 2 short beeps then a short pause and then 8 short beeps.
Google found me this is either ram or videocard.
The last option sound reasonable to me, since it doesn't have a videochip on board or an external videocard.
I have an old ISA videocard (acumos avga2) which I don't know if it is working and an old 486 motherboard with bad battery leakage damage.
Now I am considering to build a PC-104 to ISA adapter so I can test it.
should I do this?
If it works I am thinking about building a ISA backplane for the PC-104 bus.
