It's probably something stupid but it reports 2 Pentium3-500 CPU's as 333MHz
I tried setting it with the DIP switches and through the BIOS in Softmenu.
It keeps reporting 333.
Am I missing something here?

My retro collection: too much...

This is kind of a long shot but you can try to wiggle dipswitch DS7 up and down a couple of times. This is the switch that alternates between fsb 66 and 100 and maybe its contact is not stable.

Will try it asap but when I disable the dip switches and do it in the BIOS, the result is the same.

Depending on your BIOS version I'd suggest an update.
BIOS ID NZ has "Shows the correct frequrncy as set by User Define" in its notes. Maybe this is the issue you're having.

This^. I updated the bios on mine and it now correctly detects the CPU as a 500MHz pentium 2.
