Hey, Recently I have restored one old Pentium about which You could read here.
It has a Winco W-P55TV2 motherboard ( at least that what I have found ).
This motherboard has a 2x4pin USB connection.
I have an old USB bracket and tried to use this connection without any luck.
I have enabled USB support in BIOS.
I am mostly confident that I have connected the bracket in the right direction, tested voltages with a multimeter.
Tried it with Flash drive and USB keyboard - they don't light up or show any life.

I have also added some NEC PCI USB card and Flash drive works with it in DOS 6.22 without any problem.

So now I am confused about what this motherboards USB connection used for or might it be that it is not working?

Any ideas on what to check next are welcome! 😀
