I got an Octek M1 ISA VGA card with MX86010FC chip, but was not able to find usable Windows 3.11 drivers for it.
I only found drivers for Windows 3.0 but they do not run under 3.11.
Can anybody help?

I know this is gonna be necro post, but I believe I can contribute 😀
While doing research for Sigma Designs RealMagic drivers I stumbled across the Re: Searching for Macronix MX86200FC Drivers for older OSes.. thread and to my surprise I managed to find the Macronix drivers that was listed (and missing) on Archive.org's Macronix website
While I was downloading I found that the driver file for MX86000/MX86010 010_A.zip was missing, and there was only this thread on the web mentioning driver for this card.
So first of, from what we can gather from Macronix's website there was no Windows 3.11 driver, only Win3.0 and DOS. I have not been able to source this driver, so I'm wondering if you still have it and could attach it to this thread? I'll get all the files I've found for all of Macronix's cards uploaded to Vogonsdrivers.
I've attached the application drivers for MX86000/MX86010 to this post.
No luck, I've never found this driver nowhere anywhere...

Great find ! I did a quick search and on Octeks HK site there is no reference to that video card/driver. Seems they only included the recent stuff from early 1990's.
Here is the link in case anyone needs it: http://web.archive.org/web/19961112202723/htt … hk.com/Drivers/
Note: DL'd a few file and all seem very good, am sure most are archived elsewhere but figure it would not hurt to link it....
Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun
