Hey, I was wondering if anyone else who owns an AST Advantage! 824 might know what the jumper settings are, for upgrading to a Pentium-MMX OverDrive 200? After seeing Phil's video, I think this machine after all the upgrades (it already has 64MB of memory, just needs its Mach64 upgraded to 2MB of memory, a Voodoo1, better storage, a 5.25" floppy, and maybe a hardware MPU clone) will be ideal for 386 to Win95 (pre-DX5 3D). If anyone knows what jumpers have to be moved where, let me know. Yes, I know if I really want to, I'll probably need to do either a memory-upgraded S3 Virge DX, or a CL-5446 for true game/demo compatibility.

As far as I am aware, you only need to set the best supported bus speed, i.e. 66Mhz the overdrive does the rest. So if it had a P100, P133, P166, P200, just stick it in.

Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.
