BIOS code 1259 is for GVC Technologies. Closest on a very quick inspection is this GVC 386-40: http://www.win3x.org/uh19/motherboard/show/2798

Yes, you're right.

jumper setting is correct.

This board was dead, need replaced 3 IC (one crack by trowing to scrap), two is damaged by leaked battery.
Scratch on pcbs.. But now , life is back .

Solder on the extra simm slots. 64mb with rabbitchipset would be pretty nice.

It is not slow, or ? (40Mhz is not correct, it is 25Mhz )

Really many part broken.
Dead 80Mhz xtal
mechanical broken 74LS245
2x mechanical broken 33 ohm resistor array
many etched pcb trace (nicd-puke)
broken keyboard-controller (always freezed by POST 8C or restarting)
