Of course, this is not the Startech adapter model, but still....
Yup, the only important issues are if the extra height of the card fits your case and that the port(s) of the card still fit the bracket.
You'll need to either customize a bracket or find one that just happens to have a good fit.
A card which for example has the VGA port veeery close to the bend-portion of the bracket, won't work with this adapter
