heres an ad for the cardinal series 700s cards i found

i revived this thread because im looking for the windows 3.x driver for this card!

pretty sure this file did not work before.. maybe it was because of select servers on web.archive.org going up/down for maintenance!
i've attached the et4000.exe in case the download stops working again!
