No, it won't make any difference. Unless there are graphical glitches.
My card has the same 😉 I even have spare 60ns chips but won't change them - at least for now.

Just to follow up on this, enabling 0ws has significantly increased the frame rate of FastDoom mode Y on my Amiga Bridgeboard setup. I think it’s added another 10-15% fps
No improvement in mode 13h but I think that’s to be expected given the slow Ti486SXLC
