I also have a 2nd P4 kicking round that I may turn into a Win9x/XP duel boot and now toying with the idea of a socket 775 build so for me the $20 was worth the freedom

i really have no need for a patch, i have 1gb of ram right now, if i have any issues ill just use 512mb, i don't think i have ever ran into a program on a win9x box that needed more then 512mb, my old pII build is running 96mb of ram and its running really quick, no slow downs what so ever
