This seller sells them for a lot more, and they are marked 15ns instead.... maybe genuine?

Who really knows for sure. They could be old stock that was never sold or originally failed testing.

Obvious remarking of the FPUs is just dumb.

I would definitely buy the 15ns variant of the IS61C1024
