Technically they are correct they don't sell adapters as such. Did think it was a standard 1st line support reply though. Nope don't have x. closed

What does exist is a "Type 4 20+4 ATX cable" although this isn't on their web site and even the individual sleeved ATX cable they do have looks to be a solid 24pin style
The fact that my RMi PSU's did come with the split around 3 years ago but neither your new RMi or my RMx from last year don't would suggest they have dropped 20+4 altogether.

I do 100% agree though they need to stop advertising 20+4 as this definitely isn't the case.
