Hey folks,

today I want to show you my final system configuration as well as benchmark results. Maybe it could be helpful for others who like the P55T2P4.

HW-SETUP:
Asus P/I-P55T2P4 Rev. 3.10 (3.2V OK) - FSB @83MHz
AMD-K6-III/450AFX @500MHz/2.4V
4x128MB EDO RAM 60ns
MATROX Mystique MGA-1064SG-D 4MB
Diamond Monster 2 8MB
DELOCK 91620 - CF to IDE

OS:
Windows 98 SE

CPU SETTING:
The multiplier is set to 2 and is perceived as 6.
Clock: 6x83MhZ = 498MHz
Default Vcore at 2.2V, but overclocked the CPU only runs stable at 2.4V.

Some sources said that a disabled external cache in combination with the CPU's integrated L2 cache would be faster. But I have noticed slightly less performance.

I also have problems with the USB 1.1 header that is activated during the boot process. When USB devices are connected to the header, the system resets after the bios boot. However, when the devices are connected after booting Windows 98, everything works fine. I found out that the problems are caused by the AMD K6-III. If P166MMX is used instead, the system does not reset.

BENCHMARKS:

Diamond Monster II runs with latest official reference driver.
Overclocked with the tweaking plugin "V2-OC" from "fastvoodoo driver v4.6" which works with reference driver without any flaws.

2 out of 6 graphs work for me, the ones not starting at zero are as useful as false advertising.

Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.

I don't understand what you mean. Which charts are not useful? Do you mean the benchmark results or the gaming timedemo results or the BIOS settings? I thought it would be helpful and interesting, but if not, please criticize in more detail. 🙁

4 of your graphs do not start at zero, that makes them junk and misleading.

Unfortunately, I cannot understand your criticism. Whether they start at zero or not makes no difference to the result! The only reason why the diagrams do not start at zero is that the difference is better displayed. But ok 😉

So if I estimated your IQ at 121 and mine at 131, you would be totally happy if I drew the bar chart like this?

IQ comparison of JWS (top) and BW (below)

120 - - - - - - 130
